In this part of the atlas microbiological examination of foods is shown to demonstrate the microflora of the products. Selected examples are snapshots of randomly purchased food.

To demonstrate the presence of microorganisms and structure of foods photographs of microscopic preparations of 10-1 dilutions are included. In many cases, the bacteria counts are so low that there are no microorganisms to be seen.

In this category there are also made depth inoculation in Plate Count Agar of bacteria in pure culture to show their way of growth.
