| Campylobacter on CCDA. Thermophilic campylobacters swarms on this agar producing flat, spreading, glistening colonies. Older colonies may have a green hue or appear dry. Some strains may develop a metallic sheen. |

| This agar is used for isolation of Campylobacter. Selectivity is achieved by inclusion of cefoperazone and amphotericin B, the latter of which suppresses growth of yeast and fungi. |
