DNA Hydrolysis Test
Positive reaction: Campylobacter jejuni subsp.jejuni biotype II.		Uninoculated medium.
This test is used to differentiate between thermophilic campylobacters. The medium used is Toluidine-blue DNA Agar. The presence of a pink zone around the colony indicates that DNA hydrolysis has occurred.
